How are delivery charges calculated?
We will ship your order Fed-X ground unless otherwise requested. Delivery charges are based on the total order amount per shipping address. Below is our delivery cost table outlining our rates.

Will you ship to International addresses?
Yes. Call Reiter Systems, LLC at (715) 864-3327 between the hours of 9:30 AM and 5 PM CST, Monday through Friday for quote on international shipping charges.
Will you ship to a PO Box?
No, UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.
How will my order be shipped?
We will ship your order Fed-X ground unless otherwise requested. UPS is trackable and insured. Insurance on the first $100 of your order shipped UPS is free, each additional $100 of insured value will be $0.35 and will be charged to your bill. If your order is to be shipped to a residence, UPS requires an additional fee of $1.75 which will be charged to your bill.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Items in stock will be shipped using Fed-X ground and usually arrive within 3-5 business days. Backorders are excluded. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday.

we cannot guarantee it can be canceled or changed. If you realize you made a mistake,

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, K-9 BSD will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase, in its original condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Merchandise refunds will only be made in the original form of payment.
How do I make a return?
