When will my order be billed?
We bill your credit card when your order is shipped.
What forms of payment does K9 BSD, LLC accept online?
We currently accept Mastercard and VISA.
Will I be charged sales tax?
If you are a resident of the state of Kentucky, law requires us to charge sales tax on your purchases.
If you are not a resident of the state of Kentucky,
we are not required to charge sales tax on your purchases, however, by law you may be liable for any taxes due in your state.
How are delivery charges calculated?
We will ship your order Fed-X ground unless otherwise requested. Delivery charges are based on the total order amount per shipping address. Below is our delivery cost table outlining our rates.

Will you ship to International addresses?
Yes. contact email@example.com with quantity and items to be purchased along with shipping country and postal code for a quote on international shipping charges.
Will you ship to a PO Box?
No, FED-X will not deliver to a PO Box.
How will my order be shipped?
We will ship your order Fed-X ground unless otherwise requested. Fed-X Express is used for all out of country shipments.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Items in stock will be shipped using Fed-X ground and usually arrive within 3-5 business days. Backorders are excluded. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday.
What should I do if I have difficulty placing my order?

Can I change/cancel my order after I have submitted it?
Once your order is submitted,
we cannot guarantee it can be canceled or changed. If you realize you made a mistake,

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, K9 BSD, LLC will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase, in its original condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Merchandise refunds will only be made in the original form of payment.
How do I make a return?

K-9 BSD also takes every precaution when storing your credit card number in our database by encrypting it, rendering it useless to anyone trying to access it.
Will K9 BSD, LLC sell my email address or other personal information?
No. We use the information you provide on order forms to fulfill
merchandise orders. We may use your information to contact
you when necessary, such as when a delivery may be delayed or
when an ordered product is out of stock. K-9 BSD, LLC may
